Kombucha muffins as quickbread?

Question

I too hate fussing with muffins.  Most muffin recipes can be baked as quickbreads and vice versa, with adjustments in baking time.  Can this one?

Me too! Which was exactly my angle in the article—I'm glad it's not just me. In the video I did pour half the batter into an 8x8-inch baking pan and it worked great, though it took longer to bake through (I'm not sure exactly how much).
