how do I return an item? it says to go to Help@ food52.com but that doesn't work

My bowl covers were not the sizes described

I have been trying to return 2/ items I purchased for 3 days.
I contacted your HELPEmail that’s suggested and it’s not working.
Even when a person contacts me with a link
To a return slip it keeps taking me to the same form to fill out, but still no slip..
And you have no phone number, therefor this is is a painful return process, that next time I hesitate to buy from.
