Ok, since I’ve been successful thusfar....I’m looking for a beef stew recommendation. For a beginner.  I’m especially interested with recipes that use Guinness.  Thank you!

There are lots of stew recipes by British cooks with Guinness (for ex, Jamie Oliver, Nigella Lawson or Clodagh McKenna).
Personally, I have more experience with and like better the Belgian stew with dark beet and lots of onions. See, for ex, Jacques Pepin version at foodandwine.com
