Erin Jeanne McDowell Ciabatta Recipe Yeast?

The recipe on here says instant yeast for the biga and the dough, while the video says active dry for the biga and the dough. Does it matter which one I use?

You can actually use either, and I was speaking about making yeast substitutions in the video. Thank you SO much for pointing this out. I added active yeast quantities to the recipe in paranthesis - so you can use either with this easy, flexible bread! Happy Baking!
