My hands and arms tend to burn with the slightest touch of a hot pot or pan in the kitchen. I feel this is due to my medication. Do you have a suggestion for the best type of oven mitts I should look for.

These are 2-ply thick cotton gloves that are thick enough to protect hands from heat, with gripper pads that allow for a firm hold on to hot bakeware. I love them and they provide very good protection from heat.
