Dry udon vs frozen block question

How many grams of dried udon would be equivalent to a block? I can only find the dry version.

Hi there - I just checked my dried udon bundles and 1 portion is about 3 oz. I think two of these 3 oz. bundles would be a good exchange in this recipe. Please report back and enjoy!
