Variation to make these burger buns? or possibly a challah?
Maurizio, you remain my sourdough hero - all your recipes are amazing and work like a charm for me - same for these buns. As my family practically inhaled these buns, I was wondering if (a) a slight variation to the recipe would yield nice buns for e.g. beef sliders / hamburgers / hotdogs? Further could this also be used to bake a babka / challah without any add-ons (i.e. no chocolate). Looking forward to your advice and potential variations!
