Another flour substitution....

I have a scrumptious sounding recipe for Italian hazelnut muffins. It calls for whole wheat pastry flour. What can I use instead? I am unable to go to the store at this time.

Regular pastry flour and AP are closest to whole wheat pastry in protein content (pastry just below, AP just above). So use one or a combination of those.
