Where is the date syrup? How much?

Hi Liliana! Thanks so much for this catch. It's 1 tablespoon of date syrup, now reflected in the recipe's ingredient list.

Look at other recipe(s) for tahini ranch dressing and use their ratio of sweetener to tahini paste to estimate silan here.
My reading is about 2 tsp. Silan to 1/3 cup tahini paste. Mix, maybe leave an hour or so for flavors to mix, taste, add more if you want.
