Can I make this recipe as cupcakes?

I am of the opinion that you can make any cake recipe into cupcakes. The only thing to adjust would be the bake time. Cupcakes will take less time. My rule of thumb is half the time that the cakes would be baked. This cake bakes in about 30 minutes, so I would check cupcakes at 15-20 minutes.
