would it be better to freeze these before or after baking?

I would freeze these coconut custard macaroons after baking because custards can be tricky to freeze. I've made these wonderful macaroons many times and highly recommend the recipe. I've never frozen them but if I did, I'd be sure to wrap them quite tightly - double wrap each one, individually - given the nooks and crannies where crystals could form. ;o)
