How do I store the Late Summer Plum Cake which appears in this website.

I agree with drbabs. Really, any cake - but especially those made with fruit -- should be refrigerated if not eaten within a day.

This is an excellent cake, by the way. We've never had it last more than a couple of days, it's that good. My family finds it particularly nice for breakfast! ;o)

I would wrap it well and refrigerate it. Otherwise, in five days, the cake could become stale and the plums could get moldy.
