Very good cardamom buns w/ a could of adjustments to the recipe.
I had used coconut sugar instead of muscovado sugar and used masala chai spice for the filling because I ran out of cardamom. I also used AP flour because that's what I had. The buns turned out really well, the flavor was good. I also found that chilling the dough after putting the egg wash on provided more oven spring.
