Yep. Most recipes for individual portions have same bake time as a batch recipe (about 30 minutes). But they may be done sooner than that, depending on how find you cut the apples and how shallow/deep the ramekins are. I would star checking at about 15 minutes and judge by visuals and discreet taste(s) from the edge of one ramekin.
