At what point should I freeze the pretzels?

Great recipe! I've had repeated successes! :) I would like to make a batch to send to a friend- at what point would it be best to freeze them?? Pre-bake, par-baked, or fully baked?

If you want to bake these pretzels at some point in the future to send to your friend, you should freeze them unbaked after shaping.

Good to hear that you've had such success with these pretzels. I'm thinking I must try this recipe! ;o)
