Has sourdough starter stopped?

Starter is stored at room temperature in a vented container. Day 1: Mixed starter. Day 2: Lots of bubbles and yeasty smells. Day 3: Starter seems to have gone to sleep. Still smells great, but no activity. Due to feed at 5-day mark. Is this starter DOA?
