Most of the recipes at this site were written by community members. If there is no nutritional information you will have to figure it out yourself by plugging in the ingredients into one of the many online nutritional calculators online. Bookmark a few so you'll have them handy regardless of whether you find the recipe here, elsewhere online, or in a deadtrees cookbook.
As for the author's suggested serving size, it appears to be about 3/4 cup of liquid + veggies.
I recommend that you calculate the nutritional information for the entire recipe, plate it out, and decide whether or not the recipe author's serving suggestion matches what you would do at your dinner table. Naturally you are free to adjust portion sizes to your liking. Then divide the total nutritional information for the entire dish by the number of servings you think the recipe gives.
Many online recipes have completely whacked out portion sizes but this one seems closer to what I would offer at my table.
