If you try one of these out, I suggest you compare with another tool that requires individual ingredient input with the goal of seeing whether or not there's a discrepancy between the two calculations.
I'm not 100% confident that today's text parsing algorithms are reliable and accurate based on the text transcriptions of voice messages in my inbox.
Most recipes here are written by community members. If you don't see any nutritional data, you'll have to plug in the ingredients into an online nutritional calculator yourself. I have no specific recommendations for this type of tool but there are many on the Internet.
You'll want to bookmark a couple so when you encounter another recipe (here, elsewhere on the Internet, in print, etc.) you'll have the tool(s) conveniently at hand.

You simply insert a link to the recipe, and it calculates the nutritional value for you.
