One commenter unfortunately did not specify what worked, sadly all-too-common behavior on the Internet these days.
The second commenter -- Rob W. -- posted a more useful review by listing two gluten-free flours that worked okay, a third that did not, and a fourth that was "fantastic." Frankly Rob W.'s review is pretty precise. I wish more people on the Internet (not just here at Food52) posted helpful comments like his.
These days >97% of requests for advice are never followed up by the original poster about what actually worked (or didn't). 10-15 years ago people actually had enough netiquette to do so.
