Help with gravy from pan juices

Can I make gravy with the pan juices or are they too tangy/salty from the buttermilk?

Hi Robin! That sounds delicious. I don't think the buttermilk will make it too tangy—if anything, the acid will help cut through all of that richness in the gravy. Let us know how it turns out!
