is there a video for this recipe anywhere? One reviewer said they "watched" it.

There is a lot of varied instructions and a visual tutorial would be helpful.

Unsurprisingly an Internet search (yeah, one of those old-timer behaviors that most people abandoned five years ago) using the terms "Jeff Hertzberg and Zoë François 5 minute artisan bread" actually turns up a YouTube video showing the cookbook authors making this loaf (i.e., not the F52 appropriator).

Anyhow, enjoy the video and don't forget to use an external search engine to see if the content you desire is posted elsewhere on the Internet.

Most likely there is an Instagram reel of this recipe's process.

Sadly, Food52 did not have the wisdom of including the Instagram post's URL in the recipe so you are left to locate it on your own.

Worse, Instagram's feeble search engine is utterly useless for such inquiries so you are basically left with scrolling through Food52's Instagram feed to June-July 2021 and hoping you'll run across the video.

This is yet another example of why Food52's inexplicable aversion to inline process photography is an obstacle to its readers. If each step were illustrated with a photo, it would be much easier to understand.

Anyhow, best of luck searching through Instagram for this video and I hope the bread turns out for you.
