How to make granola crunchy rather than chewy?

Hi! Does this recipe produce a nice crunchy granola? Too many recipes I’ve tried turn out chewy but not crunchy. Maybe I need to just bake longer?

As long as you don’t stir it too much, the granola becomes crunchy and has great clumps like a crunchy granola bar. It will get crunchier as it cools.
