What is cooking cream? I get 10 different answers on Google from heavy cream, alfredo, Italian cooking cream on amazon??? Please help

Hi, cooking cream is a lighter version of heavy cream, it's 20% fat. If you can't find it, you could easily use heavy cream. Enjoy the recipe!
