What is the approximate net weight of the dates?

I'd like to be able to make these with regular dried dates if/when medjools are not available or exorbitantly priced. Could you provide the net weight of the dates in addition to the gross weight of the dates+pits in the ingredient list? Thank you.

Date pits on average are 10% of the fruit (https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fsufs.2022.1101043/full), so I would use 306 grams of pitted dates to replace 340g of unpitted dates.
