Need meal suggestions for friend with broken wrist

Open to any ideas for meals I can bring a friend who has a broken right wrist, and has a bad left wrist! So something easy to feed yourself. Thanks in advance!

Smoothies - both savory (mostly green and other veg) and sweet (mostly fruit. Include yogurt, dairy milk or plant milk to give protein boost. Include straws (yes plastic are stronger that paper, or reusable metal ones if you have/can get them).
They can last max 2-3 days in fridge, I think longer in freezer.

Light weight sandwiches, already cut up in quarters or halves, so easy to eat.
Think British tea service. Cucumber, tuna, egg, cheese - whatever the friend prefers.

Soft fruits easy to lift and eat - no cutting needed. Grapes, berries, other if you can find them.

In the meat area - some very well-cooked and pulled apart meat (chicken, pork, brisket). In a sauce or not, again, per your friend's preference.

A nice good deed!
