Substitutions for the raspberries

Can I substitute the raspberries/freeze dried raspberries with strawberries/freeze dried strawberries?

Can I substitute Freeze Dried Raspberry Powder for the freeze dried raspberries? Would I still need to grind the sugar in a food processor?

Strawberries would be delicious! If using raspberry powder instead of whole freeze-dried raspberries, I'd make sure it's finely ground enough. If it is, you shouldn't have to grind the sugar too, just whisk them together.
