Hi Stephanie! Just for an alternate perspective, I’ve ordered 64 items (and counting) from Food52. I've only had to return an item 1x, and I didn't have an issue with the self-service return feature.
Hi Melissa, thanks for writing in! We are currently experiencing a high volume of inquiries and are working diligently to respond to all as quickly as possible. Kindly note, most items are eligible for self-serve returns. Simply log into your Food52 account, navigate to the Orders & Returns page, select your order, and click the "Start a Return" button.
