A 'sweet' as in dessert? Cooked? As in on the stove or baked as in an oven? I would opt for a Budino. It's like a custard/pudding on the bottom and a fluffy cake on top. It's mixed in one bowl and baked in ramekins in a Bain marie. The chemical reaction & heat is what causes the layers. Lemon works great, but chocolate is tasty too.
