What does one do with the fresh corn mentioned in the ingredients?
I’m sure it goes in the filling but it’s ignored in the instructions. What does one do with the fresh corn mentioned in the ingredients? Roast it, cut it off the cob and mix it in? Boil it? Cut it off the cob and sauté it? Cut it off the cob and add it raw to the dough? Juice it and add it to the coconut milk? Garnish? Just enjoy its presence in the kitchen?
