What is chilli crisp in UK? I keep seeing it in Asian recipes and never sure what to use.

I keep seeing chilli crisp in Asian recipes, can anyone help me what this is or what I can use to substitute in UK? Thanks in advance !

This is the kind of thing you're looking for: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Laoganma-Crispy-Chilli-Oil-Grams/dp/B003WC0RME/
But agree with Wendy, any Asian market will have it!

(It's basically fried chili flakes with onions and sometimes garlic and/or fermented black beans. Adds flavor and crunch--absolutely delicious.)

It is a condiment available at Asian and South Asian grocers. You can make it at home but I would buy a good one to taste first.
