I expect there are very, very few places that do this in the USA. Copper cookware has never really been a thing here in the USA (which is why you are using French material).

Techniques to securely bond stainless steel liners to copper came about 30-40 years ago so there are fewer people using tinned copperware today.

There used to be some service on the East Coast (somewhere in New England I think). There might be one of the West Coast but for sure you won't find 3-4 of these in the phonebook.

If Dehillerin corporate can't offer any U.S. suggestions, you should inquire with a restaurant supply company for any recommendations. You will likely need to factor in the cost of shipping if none of the services are local.

Remember that this is a very specific task and the tinning service needs to use food-grade tin, not sketchy stuff that might have undesirable contaminants (like lead).

Best of luck.

They might have a suggestion.

If you don't write French you can write out what you want then, use Google translate copy/paste into an email.
I don't remember if the guy spoke English or not when I was there last May.
