Looking for some where to get my 50 year old Dehillerin (sp) copper pots re tinned. Preferably near manahattan!

Techniques to securely bond stainless steel liners to copper came about 30-40 years ago so there are fewer people using tinned copperware today.
There used to be some service on the East Coast (somewhere in New England I think). There might be one of the West Coast but for sure you won't find 3-4 of these in the phonebook.
If Dehillerin corporate can't offer any U.S. suggestions, you should inquire with a restaurant supply company for any recommendations. You will likely need to factor in the cost of shipping if none of the services are local.
Remember that this is a very specific task and the tinning service needs to use food-grade tin, not sketchy stuff that might have undesirable contaminants (like lead).
