For "Firm Silken" can I use regular Silken or even Firm Tofu?

I couldn't find firm silken - I have bought both regular silken and firm, my only choices. What would be the best one to use?

Your choice depending on the texture you prefer for the cooked dish: silken will go creamy, and more or less merge with the sauce; firm will better hold its shape as cubes.
So use one for this dish, and the other for something else.
