240g of flour is about 2 cups, and 150g of sugar is 3/4 cup. How can the three-cup measuring method described possibly be equivalent?

Hi Joan. I just spoke with Nea and she responds: "This was a mistake on my part! Thank you SO much for catching it. It's the other way around–240g sugar an 150g flour. It's updated and apologies for the confusion!"

At first, thought it didn’t land. Then saw it (mistakenly) in the earlier thread about maybe adding egg whites.
Sorry for the mix up. Hope the link to a similar recipe helps in measuring ingredients.
