Editors, is it possible for you to provide estimated weights for the mushrooms and sausage?

I understand this is a contest winner's recipe not a recipe from a cookbook author — but it would be really helpful to have a starting point for the mushrooms and sausage.

1 pint mushrooms = 16 ounces 16 ounces X 5 = 80 ounces
1 package of 5 links of Johnsonville Italian sausage = 19 ounces
1 link of sausage = 3.8 ounces X 4 = 15.2 ounces

Hi M! I just asked the recipe author but I think that you would be safe getting 5 24-oz. packages of white mushrooms and a pound of Italian sausage links. Curious if anyone else has thoughts here.
