WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND....
We placed an order on 8/17 for Casafina dishware. The order arrived and we realized that the color was not what we desired so we reached out to get instructions how to send it back. That order was 2373175. Meanwhile, we took a huge leap of faith and reordered a different color. Thankfully that order arrived, and we are quite happy. We are working with a Genesis T. on the return desk, and she continues to send us shipping labels with the wrong weights. My wife has repeatedly said we received two boxes, and one weighed 10 pounds and the other weighed 46. We have repeated these weights over and over and cannot get a revised label sent. By now we are just assuming that we ate over $600.00 because this is not getting resolved. If Amanda, the founder of Food 52 is still involved, you should be ashamed of your customer service.
