order cancelled on Oct 31. It arrived today, Nov 22, even though it was cancelled 23 days ago.

This is extremely frustrating. I ordered bowls on October 12-14. The order wasn't delivered so on October 31 I tried to re-order. It didn't go well so I talked to Kenneth on chat. He seemed to understand that I wanted to cancel both orders. Despite canceling the orders I received the bowls today Nov 22. I do not want them. I do not want to pay any fees for receiving them. I want to be polite but this is an abysmal mess.
