order is late, customer service not responding

In reading other Hotline submissions I see I'm not the only one who has had an incredibly frustrating experience with Food52 customer service. I reached out several days ago to find out why my order was still "pending". The initial (and only) response I received incorrectly stated that the order wasn't scheduled to ship until the 27th when my order page clearly showed the estimated delivery date was the 27th. When I asked for clarification I received no response.

And, please, before someone from Food52 responds by saying that I missed a message from the Customer Success Team, I did not, I checked my spam folder too.

It is now the 28th and my order is still "pending". I have since submitted several new inquiries to which I have received no response. I placed the order on the 21st. If Food52 wants to compete in today's online shopping market they are going to have to get orders out faster and provide more reliable customer service. Doing "our best" to get back to a frustrated customer in 2 days by email is a failure. If they can't be bothered to provide a customer service phone number they should at least provide same day written responses. It looks like my days of shopping with Food52 are coming to a close.
