Reheating turkey for Thanksgiving
I made the turkey three hours ago and itโs been sitting at room temperature. How do I heat it up for Thanksgiving dinner without drying it out

*Works for pizza too.๐
This is a great question! The best way to ensure even heating without drying out is breaking the cooked turkey down into pieces (breasts, thighs, drums and wings).
I would heat my oven to 350 F and add all the drippings to a sheet tray with a wire rack. Then I'd place all the turkey on, tent with foil and reheat until totally warmed through. Now the foil may keep the turkey from having crispy skin, but in all likelihood it would be hard to get that back without drying out the bird if since you roasted early.
Also I would get the turkey into the fridge if you intend to let it sit any longer than 4 hours for food safety!
Hope this helps.
