Reheating Turkey for Thanksgiving

Because I have a large number of folks coming over for dinner, I plan on making two turkeys for Thanksgiving: one ahead of time and reheating, and the other on the day of. What is the best way to reheat the turkey made ahead of time so that it doesn't dry out?

One good way: make ahead, slice/carve the turkey, place it on a bed of gravy in an oven-proof platter, heat in oven, serve.
Very moist.
