Escargot Help with frozed escargot

I froze some stuffed Nomad des Jardins Escargot. Now I want to thaw them and cook them in the little aluminum pan. Please help. I'm thinking just thaw them in the refrigerator and bake them. Could someone help with how long and what temp please?
