Shipping Charges to Return Items not Shared Prior to Purchase? Notification of the return shipping charge cannot be found on website or order.

I recently received an order and was not happy with the product. When I submitted a return, there was a $14.99 shipping charge. If I had known about the return charge when ordered, I would have made an informed decision on whether to move forward with the order but absolutely no where can I find where the return shipping cost is mentioned on the website or my order confirmation.
