A question about a recipe: Louisa's Cake

Is this cake too dense to be baked in a loaf pan? (8x4) How would baking time/temp be adjusted? Thanks!!

I've swapped cake recipes around in the past without any real problems. I'd keep the same temperature and increase the cooking time depending on how much thicker your cake is - twice as thick, twice the cooking time, I'd think
