Hi out there. Do you all think I can replace lemon verbena in Agua Fresca with lemon balm? It's more accessible. Thoughts? Feelings?

I think so. I think lemon verbena is more strongly flavored than lemon balm, so you may need to adjust the amount. They taste very similar as far as lemoniness goes.

I grow both, and I think that a lemon balm aqua fresca would be great! Go right ahead, and enjoy it. I used to make lemon balm liquor, and it was delicious.
