As far as "mix," do you mean will Quinoa absorb the flavor, or pair well? The answer to both is yes. Quinoa has a very quiet, nutty flavor, but when put in stews, soups, or broths, it absorbs whatever flavors it's paired with very well. Be sure to use a little extra water! Quinoa is a thirsty, thirsty grain. :)
