A question about a recipe: Chunky Beef Tomato Sauce from sdebrango

Great recipe! Loved knowing it was your Mom's. You have 2 pounds of chuck roast and in the headnotes you say your Mom added pork also. If so, what cut do you recommend? Thanks in advance

I didn't have pork but I am going to adjust the recipe and add some pork to the recipe. My Mom used chunks of pork shoulder. I just used beef but should have put the pork in the recipe also, Thanks SKK
