I am hoping to warm up the sweet potatoes anna with prunes without losing flavor, presentation, etc. If I had two ovens, I would make it tomorrow, on Thanksgiving.....I don't mind last minute prep., and I can use a neighbors oven, if I have to. What do you great cooks think?
