Is it possible to freeze an apple crisp? Seems like it might not be the best idea, but I don't want to throw it away!

You sure can (I have a bunch in the freezer now). I put mine in small tin foil pans, freeze, then process in my FoodSaver.

Absolutely! Wrap it tightly in a double layer of plastic wrap, and it will be just fine.
