Poached asparagus recycled from Easter and red torpedo onions (pickled in Meyer lemon juice) all casually spread out on top of a slab of puff pastry from my freezer. I painted the border with crème fraîche for brown edges. And then I let hella Parmesan rain on down. Baked at 350F for 25 minutes or so.
