A riff on a Heidi Swanson salad. Thinly chop bitter lettuce (I used pink raddichio) and toss with cooked Farro, chopped castelvetrano olives, a handful of capers, chopped hard boiled egg, nice quality tuna (in olive oil!) toasted Hazlenuts and a good sprinkling of chives. Eating outside optional.
