DON'T THROW AWAY THOSE JACKFRUIT SEEDS!!!
Eat the meat, round up those seeds. Boil them in water for about 8-10 minutes til fork-tender when pierced through the thin shell-like covering. Cool. Peel. Dip in a bit of salt just enough to enhance its sweetish flavor. Enjoy! Great over nice concersation and ice-cold lemonade! 👍🏼
